A Note from the CEO

2024 has been a pivotal year for Student-Ready Strategies. We doubled and diversified our team and promoted from within to establish new leadership positions. We opened a second headquarters in Denver and entered into meaningful partnerships with mission-aligned organizations including the American Indian Higher Education Consortium, Excelencia for Education, and the Texas Success Center. 
 
All of this activity was in service to our mission, and when I think back on 2024, what will stand out to me is the mission milestones we hit: 5 years, 500 institutions, and 5 million students per year that have been impacted by the institutional transformation we supported. We have stayed true to our equity framework, working primarily with minority-serving institutions, community colleges, and open-access four-year institutions. We have consistently elevated diverse students’ lived experiences, disaggregating data, and embraced each institution’s unique context along the journey to equitable transformation. 
 
I expect 2025 to be a year of unique challenges and opportunities, which we will meet with innovation, creativity, and discipline. We will stay rooted in our mission and values and focus on tackling one of the biggest structural problems our field faces: how to deliver customized, in-depth, institution-level support at scale. This year, we hope to fundamentally change how institutions change, leading to faster transformation and an accelerated march toward a more student-ready world.
